Terms and Conditions for Training Participation

This Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) governs the enrolment and participation of learners in training programs conducted by Institute of Singapore Project Management (“the Training Provider”).
By signing up for our training programs, the learner acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to the following terms.
1. Course Registration and Eligibility
1.1 Learners must meet the stated Admission Requirements (if any) at the point of registration.
1.2 Registration is only confirmed upon successful submission of the required information and of full payment, unless otherwise stated.
2. Course Information
2.1 The Training Provider shall provide learners with course information including course title, dates, duration, schedule, venue or online access details, course objectives, assessment requirements, and completion criteria prior to course commencement.
2.2 The Training Provider reserves the right to make reasonable changes to course details (e.g. trainer, venue, schedule) where necessary. Learners will be informed of any changes in a timely manner.
3. Course Fees and Payment
3.1 Course fees are payable in full before the course commencement date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.2 All fees quoted are nett and final cost.
3.3 There will not be GST charged on the fees.
3.4 Subsidies (e.g. SSG, UTAP, SFEC, absentee payroll) are subject to the relevant approval and comply with the rules of the respective agency or authority.
3.5 Accepted payment modes shall be communicated by the Training Provider. Payment modes included PayNow, Internet Banking and Transfer and SkillsFuture Credit.
4. Course Duration and Attendance
4.1 Learners are required to attend the course according to the approved course schedule and duration.
4.2 Learners are required to meet the minimum attendance requirement of 75% stipulated for the course.
4.3 Attendance will be recorded and monitored by the Training Provider
4.4 Failure to meet attendance requirements may result in non-issuance of certificate and/or ineligibility for grants or subsidies.
5. Rescheduling, Withdrawals, Cancellations, and Refunds
5.1 Written notice is required for any rescheduling, withdrawal or cancellation.
5.2 Learners may reschedule at no additional cost, provided the training provider is informed in a timely manner (at least two weeks before the course start date).
5.3 No refunds will be granted once the learning material has been sent to the learners or within 2 weeks of course-start date.
5.4 Refund will be credited back to your payment method within 1 month. Due to cybersecurity concerns, refunds cannot be made to a different person, different bank account, or different payment method.
6. Assessment and Course Completion
6.1 Where applicable, learners must complete all required assessments in accordance with the assessment requirements.
6.2 The criteria for successful course completion and certification will be communicated to learners prior to course commencement.
6.3 Assessment-related costs by the Training Provider and SSG are already included in the course fees. No additional fees are payable.
7. Certification
7.1 Upon successful completion of the course and meeting attendance and assessment requirements, learners will receive a Certificate of Achievement from the training provider.
7.2 For SSG-accredited courses, learners will also receive a Statement of Attainment (SOA) issued by SSG, subject to SSG processing timelines.
8. External Certification Exams (e.g. PMP®, CAPM®, CISSP)
8.1 Learners who wish to pursue the external certification may do so at their own discretion. This is optional.
8.2 External certification exams are governed by the respective certification bodies (e.g. PMI, ISC2).
8.3 Exam fees or subsidies are not included unless explicitly stated.
8.4 Learner must sit for the external certification exam within one (1) year from the training end-date. After this period, exam subsidy or voucher will expire and become invalid.
8.5 To facilitate payment for the exam, the training provider may need to log in to the learner’s account. Learners are required to provide temporary access for this purpose and are strongly advised to change their account password immediately after payment is completed.
8.6 All terms and conditions for exam subsidy or voucher are non-refundable, non-negotiable, non-extendable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash.
8.7 The training provider is not responsible for exam scheduling, exam outcomes, or changes imposed by external certification bodies.
9. Learning Materials and Intellectual Property
9.1 All course materials, including slides, videos, templates, mock exams, and resources, are the intellectual property of the training provider.
9.2 Materials are provided for personal learning use only and must not be copied, edited, shared, distributed, or reproduced without written consent.
10. Code of Conduct
10.1 Learners are expected to behave professionally and respectfully during training sessions.
10.2 The training provider reserves the right to remove any learner whose conduct disrupts the learning environment, without refund.
11. Feedback, Complaints and Appeals
11.1 Learners may submit feedback, complaints or appeals through the Training Provider’s official channels:

11.2 All feedback, complaints and appeals will be reviewed fairly and handled in accordance with the Training Provider’s documented procedures.
11.3 Learners will be informed of the outcome of their submission within a reasonable timeframe.
12. Personal Data Protection
12.1 Personal data will be collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and SSG requirements.
12.2 Learners consent to the use of their data for training administration, certification, audit, and regulatory purposes.

13. Limitation of Liability
13.1 The training provider shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expenses arising from participation in the course, except where required by law.
14. Governing Law
14.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
