This workshop enables participants to:

• A solid framework for project time management
• Essential information to prepare for the PMI-SP certification exam
• Establish project schedule configuration management policies and procedures incorporating best practices, regulations, governing standards and organization policies, and procedures to ensure accessibility, storage, retrieval, maintenance, change control, and baseline schedule control
• Sequence activities, incorporating defined dependencies, milestones and constraints, so as to develop a logical, dynamic schedule model
• Generate and maintain visibility of project schedule, by working with the project manager and stakeholders, in order to maintain stakeholder support
• Pass the PMI-SP exam on your first attempt

Our Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP)® Workshop has been pre-approved in Contact Hours by the Project Management Institute to fulfill PMI-SP certification eligibility and Continuing Certification Requirements (CCR). 

Our support for our students continues for 1 year after the conclusion of the workshop. We will provide online and email support for our students for one year. During this period, we will monitor the progress of our students. If the students have any questions regarding the exam and course contents, the student could email us and we will reply with our answers.
