Overview The purpose of this course is to help individuals understand what constitutes effective workplace communication, the communication process, barriers to communication and communication tools. To also help identify team development at workplace, the different roles each individual plays and what contributes to team success. The course will also touch on conflict management. Workplace communication is vital to an organization's ability to be productive and operate smoothly.
