Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) Study Guide and Certification

Professional Development Units (PDU) will be awarded and registered with Project Management Institute within a week of signing up for the course.

Certificate of Attendance for Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) Training, issued by Institute of Singapore Project Management, will be emailed to you upon completion of the course. 

Certificate of Achievement for Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) Training, issued by Institute of Singapore Project Management, will be emailed to you upon passing the online exam.



How to Study

The Study Guide consist of:

1) Study Material

The Study Material is meant for students to use as a reference material.

2) Lessons - Presentation Slides / Audio and Video Presentations

The student is advised to work from the first topic to the last topic. Students can read from the Presentation Slides. The student can also watch the Audio and Video Presentations, so as to get a similar experience to having face-to-face lessons. 

3) Additional Information

If the student intends to take the PMI-PfMP exam, the student should look at these additional information. These information shows the student how to register for the PMI-PfMP exam and the timeline involved in the process. Information on how to pass PMI-PfMP Exam on the first attempt is also provided.

4) Exam

After you have completed the lessons, you are encouraged to take the exam. Upon passing the exam, a Certificate of Achievement for Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) Training, issued by Institute of Singapore Project Management, will be emailed to you.

The templates are meant for your real-life professional project management usage and for your organisation's PMO (Project Management Office). They include checklists, status reports, change management, scorecards, questionnaires, milestone charts, prioritization matrix, budgeting, project charter, etc. The content here will be continuously renewed and improved. Note that this is not part of the PfMP certification exam but is provided for the benefits and professional developments of the students.
